Little House of Hope views the extremely challenging living conditions of children in Namibia as a special commitment to provide aid. Therefore, the foundation’s purpose is to establish a financial basis, in addition to our personal dedication, to permanently ensure excellent care and support for “our” children, particularly their pre-school and school education and development.
The foundation is a member of the Association of German Foundations and adheres to the “Principles of Good Foundation Practice.” This means, among other things, that since its establishment, it has its financial records and the correct application of all rules stipulated in its statutes audited annually by an independent auditor.
Our board consists of five dedicated volunteers whose experience and expertise complement one another perfectly in the management of the foundation.

Our projects on the ground in Namibia are carried out by two experienced, highly dedicated women and a dedicated team of teachers consisting entirely of local educators. This team has remained stable for more than 10 years.
